Change is coming on July 1

From 1 July 2020, the mandatory requirement to have ads for Therapeutic Goods approved by a government appointed body will cease.

This means that if you’re advertising therapeutic goods on TV, radio, in magazines, newspapers, cinema and outdoor, you will need to ensure your ad complies with the regulatory requirements for advertising therapeutic goods.
