ClearAds Webinar Terms and Conditions

By registering to participate in a webinar (“Webinar”) hosted by ClearAds, you confirm your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must not record, film, or photograph any part of the Webinar in any format, including audio recording, video recording or through the use of mobile devices.
2. ClearAds is and will remain the owner of any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the Webinar and any materials provided to you by ClearAds in conjunction with the Webinar (“Materials”).
3. You may only use the Webinar and the Materials for your own private non-commercial use. No part of the materials should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished in any form or by any means without the written permission of the ClearAds
4. The purchase of the Webinar is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may hinder your own access. Similarly, the materials and replay of webinars are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded on to third parties.
5. Information in the Webinar and Materials may or may not change from time to time. It is not promised or guaranteed to be correct, current, or complete. ClearAds makes no warranty or representation in relation to the accuracy of any of the Webinar or Materials.
6. Any information provided constitutes general information not taking into account your specific circumstances or requirements and you should obtain independent professional advice prior to making any decision involving that information and you release ClearAds from any and all liability, including liability for negligence, in respect of use of such information.
7. Access to the Webinar may only be available to compatible devices which meet specific system or software requirements. ClearAds gives no warranty or guarantee that access to or use of the Webinar will be available to all devices and you are solely responsible for ensuring that any device you use meets system, software or other requirements.
8. Without limitation, ClearAds does not represent or warrant that the Webinar will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the Webinar or the server/s that makes the Webinar available is free of viruses or other harmful elements. You agree that in accessing the Webinar you have not relied on any statement or representation made by ClearAds not expressly contained in these terms. You understand and agree that if you download or otherwise access or obtain materials, information, products, software, programs or services, you do so at your own discretion and risk. If applicable law prohibits the exclusion of any of the warranties, guarantees, conditions or representations referred to above or elsewhere in these terms, to the extent legally permitted, ClearAds limits its liability for breach of any such warranties, guarantees, conditions or representations to resupply of the affected products or services or payment of the cost of resupply of the affected products or services, at ClearAds’ discretion.
9. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We do not trade, rent or sell your details to any third parties. Should our intentions change it will be done only with your authorisation. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
10. If you have registered your interest with ClearAds and thereby given your consent, you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interested to you. If at any time you wish us to stop contacting you then contact us.
11. ClearAds will collect, hold, use and distribute any personal information relating to you in accordance with our privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://clearads.com.au/privacy-policy/
